Never underestimate the power of a great covering letter and never submit a job application without one.  Your cover letter is an invitation to an employer to look through your CV, and consider you for a role with their organisation. It should be clear, concise, customised to the organisation you are looking to work for and it should make a compelling case as to why you are the best person for the job.

If you are looking for a job, then it is important that you understand how to present  yourself in the best way possible to an employer.  This is done by writing a CV (curriculum vitae - Latin for 'life story') or resume.   Your CV is your own personal 'sales brochure' and your Redfish consultant can help you put together one that really stands out.
